Visiting Valencia "river park" (an old river was diverted and now thee is a huge and nice park crossing all the city) and the historical center, now it's the city party time called Fallas and there are annoying firecrackers everywhere!!...

Then I went to Cabanyal a neighbourhoud near the sea in risk of demolition where I heard there are some squats and social centers... Could not find them this time but have a contact, will try tomorrow to met them...

Almost all day in rita's university accessing internet and trying to fix my laptop (BIOS updated), the weather was also awful and needed to rest...

Waked up under heavy rain...waited for 3 hours inside the tent waiting...as the rain wasn't stopping I packed everything under rain and start pedaling direction Valencia, stopped in a funny house with a sign "pull here to open the door" and used the fireplace to dry a little...

Lost 3 hour in the last 10 km to enter Valencia as there are 2 or 3 different highways entering the city and I couldn't find the normal street...

finally I met Rita, a friend from Porto who is studying here, and stayed in her house drying and sleeping :D

I cycled north all day... mostly by sand paths and agriculture streets as there is mainly only highways to Valencia and few signs...
I got lost a lot in a huge orange field... Finally, after trying to avoid the highway almost all day I camped in an abandoned orange field and watched the magic of nature around fire, green and oranges :D

Wake up early to prepare everything and get out of El Potro, in the way I join a march against the highway planed to pass la Valleta one of the last valleys not conquered by the asphalt in this region...

Around 11:00 i finally found them and start walking, with around 400 people, from Bocairent to Agres following a beautiful path surrounded by agriculture camps and nature of the valley
In the end I finally said goodbye (again) to the friends i made in Alcoy and cycled till it started raining a bit and I found a nice house to camp...

Chill out day... it was almost all night and day raining... all the clothes i had washed were wet again :p...

Passed all afternoon with Jahlilah seeing movies in Pablo's house and eating salti-chili popcorn :p..

Wake up early and went with Jahlilah to get wood in the mountain, El Potro tries to be a self-sustainable project, has some solar energy (and a mini-wind generator for soon), lots of vegetables planted, fresh water and wood from the mountain around...

At noon I walk with Jahlilah to the center, we went to a juggling workshop where i learned to cycle a monocycle (only few meters and after a hour of training :p..) with a 13 years old kid...

After we met Sandra and went to visit CSO Cals Flares in risk of eviction, they have a really nice library and a great space...

We had dinner and then went to CSO El Molinar for some punk/ska concerts...

I got out around midday after saying goodbye to such special place...
Cycled all day and around 16:00 I noticed i forgot my jacket behind... as i have time and it's a really got jacket I decided to return and arrived back in El Potro really in the night...
I think it was nice to return and will stay here some more days :D as there will be a party in the Squatted Social Center El Molinar
